In order to support the A320 Family Programm Quality Integration team, Airbus Operations is looking for a

Working Student (d/f/m) in the A320 Family Programm

Within the current framework of A320 Family Programm ramp up and increasing customer requirements towards the quality of our products, our team is driving various initiatives to ensure a sustainable quality mindset within the company and guarantee a first-time-right approach in product and process new developments.   • Duration: 12 months

You will be in charge of supporting the A320 Family programm quality activities and help managing Programm Quality integration topics/projects to support A320 Family Programm E2E, delivering on Quality and on Time and enabling ramp up.

You will be in direct interface with Programm, plants and multiple Quality organizations to monitor and analyze application of various Quality topics within the A320 Family programm, mainly focusing on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) but not limited to.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • APQP process adherence organization and documentation

  • Capture Lessons learnt and propose improvement actions

  • APQP tool administration and maintenance

  • Communication and strengthening the existing A320 Family networks

  • Support Programme Quality Development team members on: (a) investigations/analysis for continuous improvement, (b) organizing and preparing network events, market places, communication articles and workshops.

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Engineering or business management environment
    (preferably Aeronautical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field of study)

  • Ideally Software skills and data analytics skills (Skywise, Java)

  • Ideally first experience with quality management

  • Basic knowledge with G Suite

  • Fluent English language skills

  • Basic German or French language skills

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
