New Connections Sales Executive
Our New Connections team are responsible for generating new business mobile sales for Aerial Direct by selling O2 mobile products. Leads are generated from warm inbound PPC. Cold calling is not required. The team is growing, and Aerial Direct are looking for a new Sales Executive to join the team. Reporting into our New Connections Team Lead, you will be working predominantly with warm leads, building strong relationships to close the sale and onboard new customers.
Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices, the goal is to increase the number of customers we have using this product and generate revenue for the business.

Step 1: Is there a fit? You’ll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is you’re looking for from your career
Step 2: Meet with your would-be manager, our New Connections Team Lead, and a member of the team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. You’ll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about.
Step 3: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, we’ll be looking to make you an offer!
