Sales Executive

Our B2B Team sits right at the heart of our sales engine, speaking with customers whose mobile contracts are coming to an end and helping them upgrade to solutions that genuinely work for their business. This is where great relationships meet great deals.

In this role, you’ll be closing sales over the phone, building rapport with decision-makers, and representing our brand with confidence and credibility every single day. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices, your focus will be on expanding our customer base, strengthening current partnerships, and contributing directly to the company’s continued success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to elevate their sales career.   • You’ll Get Involved In:

  • Contact potential customers to build a relationship and continue to gather data
  • Proactively follow up leads ensuring that targets and KPI’s are met
  • Using questioning and listening skills and support sales
  • Building relationships with key decision makers
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database
  • Go above and beyond to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process being responsible for your own leads

    Ideally, you’ll have experience of:

  • Sales – Either phone based or in person
  • Perseverance and self-motivation to follow up leads
  • Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Adaptable to change
  • Relationship building and management
  • Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPI’s

    It would be great if you have:

  • Experience working with telecommunication products

Our Process

Step 1: Is there a fit? You’ll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is you’re looking for from your career

Step 2: Meet with your would-be manager and a member of the team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. You’ll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about.

Step 3: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, we’ll be looking to make you an offer!
