Aerial Direct are growing and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team at our newly refurbished Fareham offices.
This role is focused on building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customers. You will manage your own pipeline, guide customers through the sales process, and play a key part in helping the business achieve its growth targets.

Managing and progressing leads through the sales process

Building strong relationships with key decision makers
Accurately entering and updating customer information in the CRM system
Managing the end-to-end sales process and taking ownership of your pipeline
Striving to exceed targets and identify future sales opportunities
Sales (either phone-based or face-to-face)
Working towards sales targets and KPIs
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Following up leads and managing a sales pipeline
Adapting to change in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of telecommunications, utilities, or similar service-based products
