Sales Executive

Aerial Direct are growing and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team at our newly refurbished Fareham offices.

This role is focused on building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customers. You will manage your own pipeline, guide customers through the sales process, and play a key part in helping the business achieve its growth targets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers

  • Contacting prospective customers to build relationships and understand their needs

  • Managing and progressing leads through the sales process

  • Proactively following up opportunities to ensure targets and KPIs are met

  • Using effective questioning and listening skills to recommend suitable solutions

  • Building strong relationships with key decision makers

  • Accurately entering and updating customer information in the CRM system

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process and taking ownership of your pipeline

  • Striving to exceed targets and identify future sales opportunities

Ideally, you’ll have experience in:

  • Sales (either phone-based or face-to-face)

  • Working towards sales targets and KPIs

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships 

  • Following up leads and managing a sales pipeline

  • Adapting to change in a fast-paced environment

It would be great if you also have:

  • Knowledge of telecommunications, utilities, or similar service-based products
