Purchase Ledger Administrator

Our finance team are a small, tight-knit team that support all departments within the Aerial Direct group with all things finance related. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices and reporting into our Senior Management Accountant, we’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to maintain timely and accurate financial records for all supplier transactions across the Group. This will include processing invoices, handling payment runs, reconciling supplier statements and ensuring all purchase ledger activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies.

You’ll get involved in:

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Input and maintenance of supplier records

Ideally, you’ll have experience of:

  • Working in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Familiarity with ERP/Accounting systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Step 2: Meet with your would-be manager, our Management Accountant, and a member of the team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. You’ll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about.
