MRB Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturer

 

Do you thrive on solving engineering challenges and driving quality in high-stakes environments? We’re seeking an MRB (Material Review Board) Engineer to join a pioneering aerospace manufacturer and play a critical part in delivering excellence across design and manufacturing operations.

 

The Role:
As MRB Engineer, you’ll act as the technical bridge between design engineering and manufacturing, reviewing non-conformances and driving effective solutions to enhance safety, compliance, and product reliability. This is a great opportunity to lead process improvement and set the standards for airworthiness in aviation products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and resolve non-conforming items
  • Perform engineering reviews to ensure products meet airworthiness and certification requirements
  • Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Support documentation for certification bodies, including EASA, CAA, and FAA
  • Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and lessons learned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous engineering experience in aviation, aerospace, or related sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of quality and certification standards
  • Proficient in root cause analysis, CAD, and engineering data management systems
  • Detail-oriented, decisive, and skilled communicator
