Job Description: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes for materials used in aerospace applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that our components are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong technical background in metallics materials, process engineering, and a deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing requirements.

Degree or an HNC with Advanced Apprenticeship to NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject
3+ years of experience in metallics materials manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of composite materials, including carbon fibre, fiberglass, and advanced polymers.
Proficiency in CAD software for tooling and fixture design.
Experience with composite manufacturing processes such as hand layup, automated fibre placement (AFP), resin transfer moulding (RTM), and autoclave curing.
Knowledge of aerospace quality standards, including AS9100, NADCAP, and FAA regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
