Job Description:
As Technical Publications . M&L Structural Repair Domain Technical Expert, she/he will responsible and/or contributor as part of the TID Experts team of:
Ensure that all steps in TID Process are met on time and on quality, following the TID Industrial Planning. Round Tables (TCCB) management.
Collect source data for common access to ensure consistency of aircraft part and system all over the aircraft.
Identify and launch in time and according to maturity of source data the detailed analysis of impacts.
Manage and monitor the WPs creation and closure in IDS & Qualico.
Provide visibility to PSO with the list of priorities for a given revision and associated WOs.
Provide visibility of production status to authoring chains (Networks), PSO and PMO. Weekly follow-up.
Ensure an appropriate management of Security Classification (as per source data).
Manage the work progress at each phase of the process including V&V application. Input for PSO (production meetings).
Ensure that milestones are achieved and closed on time. Attendance and support to S/C scheduled meetings (weekly).
Drivers follow-up (input for PMO).
Ensure the correct closure of each TID Scheduled Revision.
Support and align the mission & vision of Airbus DS strategy for the new products & tools related to this field of expertise (Structural Repair Domain).
Generate and manage the pre-analysis, launching and closure of the criteria and work orders, respectively.
Support Publishing Team to ensure a common milestone understanding (production closure / publishing trigger).
Interface with TASSP2 (Configuration).
MR validation to be confirmed in ADN.
KPIs generation and distribution.
OTD, RFT, RAG (external activities . as required)
OTD . Authoring deliverables.
Support to Quality Audits (as per PMO directives).
Define the Guides and reference documents to manage the TID Structural Repair Domain.
Customer Satisfaction (including on time customer comments incorporation in TID Products)
Experience in A/C structure and repair domain are required.

As Technical Publications . she/he will be responsible of M&L TID Structural Repair Domain, whose core responsibilities are:
A/C Configuration Control Management (HoV & In-service phase for all M&L aircrafts & Operators . C212, CN235 & C295)
Remark: The Technical Data Steering Organization (TDSO) is a dedicated organization in charge of the application of a common mechanism of production to the different TID authoring lines in order to guarantee the homogeneity and consistency of the Data Modules (DMs) production and applicable priorities to ensure TID configuration control.

The jobholder has a single operational and functional reporting to the Head of TASSD3 Manager, TASSD3 Maintenance production Manager (PSO - Production Steering Organization) and TASSD3 PMO.

• High level (demonstrated) of Repair Maintenance Domain in the frame of Technical Data, including applicable tools (Sprint, IDS, Samanta).
• Able to perform deliverables OTOCOQ.
• Able to communicate directly with the customer or the Program Office on technical data issues.
• High level in presentations, able to speak in public.
• High level in speaking and written English.
