Job Description:

Tasks to be performed:

  • Translate approved maintenance documentation into shop floor documentation.
  • Quantify costs (effort, materials) of work, provide build processes and work orders (BOM, task to be performed).
  • Be the interface between the maintenance organization and other stakeholders such as the customer /CAMO/Program Office Provide technical solutions for problems arising during MRO activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable national and site regulations (e.g. Part 145/M requirements). Coordinate activities with the Service and Design Office to create documentation, refine repair provisions in accordance with approved maintenance documentation and serve as the technical point of contact with Engineering Services for repairs not included in the approved documentation. , according to level of delegation.

Inputs:

  • Program directive, service bulletins, technical publications (IRF, AOT,....), maintenance manual (including MM suppliers), airworthiness directives, customer approved documentation.

Outputs:

  • Quotations, construction process, WO (work + BOM), technical notes, non-conformance disposition.

Requirements:

  • Level of experience (years of experience):
  • Minimum professional experience of 3-4 years.
  • Qualifications required (Degree or Master's Degree and which one):
  • Degree in Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Industry Operations recommended, or equivalent.
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in x programmes or x tasks or projects:
  • Experience in Air Power Maintenance Programmes (A400M, MRTT, C295).
  • Experience in MRO Engineering positions.
  • Handling of Part 145 Technical Documentation (Manuals, Service Bulletins, etc.).
