What can you expect from this position?

As the Executive Director, Operations Integration and Performance Assurance, you will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of the operational plan, smooth infrastructure integration, and the alignment of operational readiness across the airport. This role acts as the operational integrator across functional silos, enabling informed, coordinated, and measurable delivery of strategic and daily outcomes.

You will lead the performance monitoring against operational plans, readiness forums, oversight of ORAT and construction impact mitigation, while also ensuring operational standards and practices remain consistent and current by maintaining high -integrity documentation, enforcing operational consistency, and driving assurance reviews to strengthen operational execution across the airport.

You will also enable broad transformation, including changes in various models of operations and digitalization. Finally, it also leads Operational Performance and Analytics with a focus on readiness outcomes, operational efficiency, and asset productivity, enabling the airport to operate smarter, leaner, and more predictively.

Who are we looking for?

You are a highly experienced and strategic leader with a deep understanding of complex airport operations and a passion for driving performance and integration. You are ready to make an impact and lead the charge in ensuring our operations are efficient, future-ready, and consistently high-performing.

You possess expert knowledge in ORAT, SOP management, operational transition, and construction interface. You have excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. Your advanced skills in preparing and presenting business strategies at executive and board levels are essential. You're comfortable challenging the status quo, looking at 'problems' from various perspectives to find optimal paths forward, and have the ability to think strategically and across the enterprise, linking disparate pieces of information to create a complementary, dynamic, and impactful path forward. You demonstrate strong experience with KPIs, dashboards, operational efficiency analysis, and asset performance metrics, along with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional alignment and rigorously measure operational performance. Furthermore, you possess strong communication capabilities, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

 

This is the role for you, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA,or MS in Aviation/Transport)
  • 12+ years in airport operations, planning, or strategy
  • Preferred experience in large airport or infrastructure environments in executive or cross-functional roles
  • ORAT, Lean Six Sigma or analytics certifications
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance
