What you can expect from this position?
As Director of the IOCC, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, high-pressure environment where data-driven decisions, integrated stakeholder collaboration, and rapid response define success. This role is both operational and strategic — balancing day-to-day performance with long-term transformation of the IOCC into a predictive and proactive command center.
You will lead daily IOCC operations, ensuring seamless coordination with airlines, ground handlers, security, and government partners. As the senior escalation point for disruptions and emergencies, you will drive rapid response and maintain operational continuity. You will also focus on modernizing IOCC capabilities through real-time data, predictive tools, and integrated workflows. Additionally, your responsibilities include managing construction-related impacts, leading performance analytics, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. You will build and develop a high-performing, shift-based team grounded in accountability, adaptability, and operational excellence.
