Working Student Training & Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

Training Excellence 

• Transform existing training materials from PowerPoint into interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360
• Enhance learning content through animations, voiceovers, and translations
• Ensure consistency and usability in all training formats
• Lead small-scale training development projects in collaboration with the Training Excellence team

 Operational Excellence

• Conduct data analysis and monitor KPIs to support business reporting
• Maintain and update operational databases
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives (e.g. using PowerAutomate)
• Assist in managing internal audit workflows and documentation

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• You have a strong interest in operational processes, training, and continuous improvement
• You must have a solid understanding of M365 user applications
• You ideally have first experience with data analysis and e-learning tools (e.g. Power BI)
• You work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail
• Very good English skills (spoken and written), German is a plus
