Job Description:
Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is a unique program sponsored by the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Employment, which enables Airbus to offer young professionals the chance to gain paid, rewarding experience abroad in a technical or commercial field.
The VIE program is a specific contract, in line with Business France eligibility criteria.
Main VIE eligibility criteria :
- Be a citizen of the European Union (plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), and a graduate aged 28 or under.
- Have fulfilled your country's military obligations.

The duration of a VIE is between 6 and 24 months, depending on the place of assignment.
In the frame of the set-up of a full autonomous Airbus Helicopters (AH) Delivery Unit in Hungary named AHH (Airbus Helicopters Hungary Kft), project called DUMAG in AH, you will be part of activities related to set-up of the facility and industrial transfers of production of high precision mechanical components.
As part of the AHH team, under an interim VIE contract, the AHH PMO tasks will be AHH Project support – 17 months in AHH (Gyula – Hungary)
Definition, planning and implementation of improvement projects of operations in AHH , to enhance end to end efficiency : Support the definition, implementation and follow-up of the AHH KPIs,. This shall be in line with Airbus operations standards (production standard : SLB,PPC,SQCDP,SPC,TPM,OEE,5S, Gemba ; but also HSE; Operations : FOD,PPS ; Master production Schedule) and in line with AH objectibves and roadmap.
It may encompass processes related to production, supplier management, quality, logistics , Human resources management.
Define and implement AHH visual management to achieve expected ramp-up,
Support all AHH Head Of in their daily tasks (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production, Shopfloor set-up and Means installation, Logistic and Procurement),
Continuous monitoring and implementation of AHH development goals towards the objectives defined yearly
Mapping of best practices.
Supporting the various department of AHH in the deployment of improvement initiatives
Coordinate the interfaces between AH (Dumag project) and AHH teams when needed
Interface with and report to the AHH Managing Director.
Support to Human Resources processes:
Contribute to develop the Airbus Data Privacy Program Compliance awareness and mitigate Data Privacy risks by conducting risk assessment ; Record personal data processing in the Airbus DP digital tool and support Privacy Impact assessment to the extent applicable
Support the position grading and remuneration benchmark process (job analysis, competence assessment)
Support HR & HSE processes and improvement initiatives ; HR & HSE reporting (CSRD 360), follow-up HR & HSE KPIs
Interface with Head of HR
