Trainee Analyst Maintenance & Production Management

Task Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze Part 145 maintenance data related to line & base maintenance checks.
• Analyze performance of the Part 145 Maintenance organization (for example, during AMOS implementation).
• Develop and maintain KPI reports to monitor performance and efficiency.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify key metrics and trends.
• Report deviations identified during the review and make corrective recommendations to management.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBi).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Prior experience in Part 145 maintenance is considered as an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, permanent position based in Sandweiler, Luxembourg
• Flexible working hours - no shift work
• Regular office presence expected
