Summary

We are looking for a “Systems Engineer (f/m/d)” for the “Electronic Warfare Ground Support Solutions” division at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Electronic Warfare Ground Support Solutions department is responsible for the design, implementation, integration and acceptance of ground support systems. These are software solutions that support customers in the programming and verification of their electronic warfare systems. The range of tasks includes the recording of requirements, the management of software development and the procurement of hardware through to the integration and acceptance of the systems.

Your Tasks

• Development of future-proof and competitive ground support systems for airborne self-protection systems

• Analysis and definition of requirements and interfaces of ground support systems

• Creation of architectures and technical concepts

• Planning and technical management of software development in the role of product owner

• Carrying out integration, acceptance tests and qualification

• Coordination of delivery to the customer

• Collaboration on studies for future ground support systems

• Support in the acquisition and preparation of offers

Your Profile

• Degree in communications engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or similar

• Many years of practical experience in the management and technical leadership of development projects

• Extensive experience in systems engineering and system modeling

• Extensive knowledge in the field of electronic warfare, ideally in the area of mission data processing

• Practical experience in dealing with agile methods and processes in SW development

• Experience in dealing with customers and a confident manner

• Business fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
