Summary

Zur Unterstützung in unserem Bereich Mobility Solutions (Travel Management & Fleet Management) suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (w/m/d) am Standort Ulm.

In dem Bereich werden unter anderem die konzerninternen Expertisen in den Bereichen Global Mobility Management, Travel Management und Fleet Management gebündelt.

Your Tasks

• Administrative Unterstützung in den Bereichen Travel Management und Fleet Management (z.B. Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Kunden/Dienstleistern, Bearbeitung von verwaltungstechnischen Vorgängen) 
• Erstellung von Kommunikationsunterlagen (Präsentationen, Anleitungen, Projektdokumentationen)  
• Unterstützung im Berichtswesen 
• Mithilfe bei der Optimierung unseres Intranetauftritts 

Your Profile

• Eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich Tourismusmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder vergleichbar
•  Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Travel- oder Fleet Management vorteilhaft
• Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (insb. MS Excel und MS PowerPoint)
• Eigenständigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke, sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
