Vacancy Type: Full-time, Onsite (Mon–Fri)

Shifts: Early (6am-2pm), Late (2pm-10pm), Night (10pm-6am)​

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 DOE + Discretionary Bonus​

NP Aerospace is looking for a proactive Production Stores Operative to join our busy manufacturing operations team in Coventry. You’ll ensure the smooth flow of materials in and out of our stores, supporting the assembly of lifesaving products for the defence and security sector.​

What you’ll be doing

  • Accurately receive deliveries and enter information into our Business Management System.​
  • Move materials from goods-in to the correct, designated storage locations.​
  • Load and unload vehicles safely.​
  • Issue materials to work orders and maintain system accuracy in QAD.​
  • Prepare and issue kits of materials to the shop floor.​
  • Work closely with Finance and Purchasing to resolve invoice queries.​
  • Keep the stores area organised, safe, and clean.​

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or materials handling role.​
  • Methodical, organised, and detail-focused approach.​
  • Confident using stock management systems (QAD experience desirable).​
  • Forklift truck licence (Counterbalance or Bendi) highly desirable.​
  • Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
