Job title of the functional manager (if any): Operational Excellence Director
Responsibilities: To make an active contribution to improving performance by boosting productivity and managing site roadmaps. To lead on Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of their responsibility.
Scope of activities
Perform some or all of the following activities:
Within his/her scope:
Assist operational staff in the definition and implementation of SQDCT productivity projects (Safety, Quality, Time, Costs, T for team)
Propose and monitor the budget allocated to operational excellence
Participate in the implementation of the Group operational excellence program and promote it
Improve organizations, procedures and processes
Contribute to the analysis of ideas for improvement: feasibility analysis, choice of technical and organizational solutions, costing of solutions and estimation of gains through a business plan, consistency of improvements with internal procedures
Advise, train and support teams on the coordination and use of Operational Excellence tools (standards, Kaizen toolbox)
Carry out with the operational staff the self-assessments of the maturity of the scope according to the SeeD reference system
Increase the skills of operational teams through the deployment of the Daher SeeD learning experience
Ensure regular communication on deployment and events related to the SeeD program
Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
