Dépassement et défis stimulants :

 

Dans le cadre de tes fonctions au Support Prémium, tu auras la chance de côtoyer les sommités du domaine de la simulation en temps-réel et de travailler avec des outils à la fine pointe de la technologie. Tes clients externes seront principalement les entreprises de l’industrie Aérospatiale.

 

En tant que spécialiste au soutien technique dans le groupe Prémium, tu feras de la mise en service, de l’intégration, du support client et de la formation clients;

 

Notre équipe d’ingénieurs d’application possède d’excellentes connaissances techniques ainsi que de très bonnes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes. Ce sont ces aptitudes qu’ils recherchent en leur futur collègue.

 

En conditions normales, tu seras appelé à te déplacer environ 5 à 25% du temps chez nos clients, entre autres aux États-Unis.

 

Principales responsabilités :

 

• Faire de la mise en service;
• Faire l’intégration de nos produits chez les clients;
• Supporter les produits et logiciels OPAL-RT;
• Faire des essais à l’interne.

 

Exigences :

 

• Scolarité: Baccalauréat en génie électrique (de préférence), en génie logiciel, ou en génie mécanique;
• Expérience: 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente (l’expérience de tes stages est pertinente pour nous);
• Connaissances requises : MATLAB/Simulink;
• Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout pour la lecture de littérature technique disponible uniquement en anglais.
• Compétences recherchées : passion pour la résolution de problèmes; aimer les défis et avoir une bonne capacité à travailler sous pression; exceller en relations interpersonnelles et/ou en service à la clientèle.

 

Atouts :

 

• Connaître et/ou avoir de l’intérêt pour l’industrie de l’aérospatial;
• Avoir fait de la programmation (Python, C++);
• Connaître les FPGA et la programmation VHDL;
• Connaître des protocoles de communication;
• Générer de bons « memes » en moins de 10 secondes;

As part of your duties in Premium Support, you will have the chance to rub shoulders with leading figures in the field of real-time simulation and to work with tools at the cutting edge of technology. Your external clients will mainly be companies in the aerospace industry.

 

As a technical support specialist in the Premium group, you will do commissioning, integration, customer support and customer training.

 

Our team of application engineers have excellent technical knowledge as well as very good communication and problem-solving skills. These are the skills they look for in their future colleague.

 

Under normal conditions, you will be required to travel between 5 to 25% to our customers, including in the United States.

 

Main Duties:

 

• To do commissionings;
• To integrate our products to customers;
• To provide support for our electronic products and software;
• To do some internal testing. 

 

Requirements:

 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (preferably), software engineering, or mechanical engineering;
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (we consider your internships experiences relevant);
• Required knowledge: MATLAB / Simulink;
• Language abilities: French required. Knowledge of English is an asset for reading technical literature available only in English.
• Required skills: passion for problem solving; love challenges and good ability to work under pressure; excel in interpersonal relations and / or customer service;

 

Significant assets:

• Experience and / or interest in the aerospace industry;
• Experience in programming (Python, C++);
• Experience in FPGA and VHDL programming;
• Knowledge of communication protocols;
