Role overview:
A Vacancy for a Solution Architect Data and Analytics H/F has arisen within AIRBUS HELICOPTERS based in Marignane, France.
In details, in the scope of Data & Analytics (D&A) PSL, the tasks and responsibilities of the Solution & Data Architect are:
To balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements,
Plans and designs IT system components including hardware, software and services,
To deliver the global design including technical requirements, principles and models that guides solution design for the IT Product, in line with the Enterprise Architecture guidelines in strong collaboration with Technology Specialists.
To secure the integration of solutions across applications, systems and platforms to achieve business objectives.
To ensure consistency across IT Products. Design, integrate and implement IT solutions from a technical perspective and ensure that technical solutions, procedures and models for development are up-to-date and comply with standards.
To provide corporate data models, EDS, Conceptual & Canonical Models, Up-to-date Data Referentials
To define patterns to collect and store D&A data, in line with the Data and Analytics Platform & integration stream’s guidelines.
To provide Data Urbanisation mapping applied to the IT landscape (prior to the Data Platforms). Lead the activity of identifying the authoring systems of data and the best suitable data to answer business requirements in a Data Product logic.
To provide detailed Data Design through data modeling activities management: CDM, LDM, PDM, naming convention rules.

Your challenges:
Effectively manage the business demand for IT capabilities and solutions for his/her customers.
Advocate IT services and products portfolio, identify needs for customization or integration between PSLs and bespoke add-ons if needed in coordination with Product and Service Line management and Enterprise Architecture.
Ensure ICT roadmap for his/her Customer(s) aligns with business process optimization and organizational change management.
Define and plan the various activities in relation with Product and Service Line managers and business contributors.
Secure that the plan is acted upon and the value is delivered as planned. As needed, coordinate delivery of both IT products and services, of integrated solutions leveraging these services through Project and Program manager support.
Notify the business of IT plans and changes, and their impact on business performance or plans.
Guide the business in effectively investing in IT pushing preferably the standard catalogue of IT products and services.
Showcase technology opportunities to the business.
Lead the scoping process for cross product and service line solution delivery and coordinate.
Secure that the overall business value is incrementally delivered. In particular, facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation between business and IT
Communicate on value delivered according to-plan.
Manage the identification phase of D&A (data & analytics) data.
Manage the delivery of D&A data models (CDM, LDM, PDM).
Provide D&A data integration patterns and principles to manage data collection and storage on data platforms.
Scope (main activities, IM products, IM services)
To drive demand management regarding Data & Analytics projects
To document architectures patterns and functional / technical roadmap yearly update for the complete Data & Analytics landscape
To deliver project ARDs and framing studies: identify the most appropriate components usage and architecture to fit business requirements
To ensure consistency in team technical practices / approach and anticipate obsolescence topics

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
5-8 years’ experience in related area
Component Integration, IT Architecture Design, IT Product Design, IT Product Development
IT & Business Strategy Alignment, IT/Business Change Management Business Plan Development, Technology Trend Monitoring
Information & Knowledge Management
Data Modeling knowledges
Programme/Project Portfolio Control
Advanced level in English
Strong focus on People, quality, planning and customer satisfaction
