Recruitment Co-ordinator

Location: Manchester Airport

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)

Reporting to: Regional Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communications.
  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple airports to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
  • Provide clear, supportive communication throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
  • Travel regularly between Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds Bradford Airports and Runcorn to support recruitment activities.
  • Represent Swissport at job fairs, interviews, and recruitment events.
  • Keep recruitment records accurate and up-to-date using applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure hiring practices align with employment law and Swissport policies. Support onboarding with right-to-work checks and induction coordination.

Qualifications

  • Background in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles—aviation or logistics sector experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle—travel is essential.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-driven and capable of juggling multiple recruitment processes.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
