We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Project Manager

About the job:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of SIOP/Supply Chain based projects including managing the project goals and scope, managing project risks, providing guidance to other individuals on the project, working proactively with stakeholders, customers, and subject matters as well as being able to motivate the delivery team.

• Plan and oversee all aspects of a project (plan, design, execute, monitor and control).

• Meet the project’s goals on time and within budget.

• Manage the link between solution development teams, infrastructure teams and stakeholders.  

• Manages a broad range of projects through full lifecycle from shaping through to closure.

• Prepares and maintains project documentation, project plans and track activities against the plans.

• Provides a ‘value for money’ service in terms of standards, quality, efficiency, safety, performance, and cost effectiveness.

• Monitors project costs, timescales and resources used, and acts where these deviate from agreed tolerances.

• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress.

• Advises and influences stakeholders up to senior management level.

• Manages the quality of delivery; implement the quality management plan to ensure that work is being performed according to required quality standards.

• Works closely and effectively with development teams.

• Creates executive summaries and project status reports.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience

• Experience in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning and/or Supply Chain functions is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent years of experience)

• Relevant PM certifications.

• Process modeling experience will be beneficial.

• Knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum methodology

• Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders.

• Ability to effectively work with and manage technical teams

• Experience in using Project Management and Planning tools e.g. Smartsheets, MS Project

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and translate to others

• Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest attention to detail

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Starting salary between £47,000 to £59,000 dependent on experience
