Summary

For the “Naval & Ground” division, we are looking for an “Order Manager Production (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The division consists of the departments “Radar Units”, “Radar Systems” and “Planning & Cables”. The field of activity includes the integration / assembly and testing of digital, LF and HF assemblies, transmitter modules and racks & cabinets as well as their integration & testing at system level. The division is also responsible for the assembly and testing of cables, cable forms and semi-rigid cables.

Your Tasks

• Processing the assigned work packages for the task area of (new) series production and spare parts packages

• Responsible for planning and control in terms of time, costs and quality as well as checking, maintaining and coordinating the assigned master data

• Ensuring the timely availability of (special) operating resources, special materials and process standards

• Supporting production optimization and process improvements

• Checking, evaluating and confirming planning deadlines for the relevant service area

• Suggesting and initiating change requests

• Implementing suitable measures in the event of deviations and problems as well as checking and converting planned orders into production orders on schedule

• Identify missing parts and ensure on-time availability

• Process-compliant order processing using the SAP production planning tool

• Supporting and participating in the implementation of MES

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of production technology, industrial engineering or training in a technical profession with additional qualification as a state-certified technician or comparable

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of production and / or maintenance advantageous

• Knowledge of order processing for series and customer returns advantageous

• SAP (ERP / PLM module) knowledge advantageous

• Independent and autonomous way of working

• Strong communication, coordination and integration skills

• Commitment, motivation and ability to work in a team

• Very good knowledge of German and English advantageous
