Summary
We are looking for an “Operations Engineer/Technician (f/m/d)” for the “Facility Management - Operation, Maintenance & Energy Management” department in Ulm, Immenstaad, Cologne, Kiel, Oberkochen, Taufkirchen or Wetzlar as soon as possible.Your Tasks
Contact person and advisor for clients (departments, building owners) for conversions and new builds
As a project manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as planning and developing ideas for new buildings to renovation projects, from design to technical service during the operating phase of our facilities
You will carry out cost estimates, cost audits and technical acceptance tests, check technical systems for warranty defects and negotiate with our contractors
You coordinate and supervise our external service providers in the area of maintenance and repair work, check for compliance with legal requirements and initiate appropriate measures (facility management)
Participate in the preparation of specifications and tender documents in cooperation with internal/external departments
Checking internal and external planning services and correcting them if necessary
Supervision of contractors and acceptance of construction work
Ensuring and complying with legal regulations, including the necessary safety inspections
Supporting the external sites in technical and organizational matters
Travel activity 20 - 60% depending on the projects (also international)
Your Profile
Completed studies (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing.) in the field of supply engineering/electrical engineering or comparable qualifications with planning and construction management experience
Several years of professional experience in an executive planning/engineering office, in property management or on the client side
Confident handling of MS Office
Knowledge of measurement and control technology
Initiative, independent working style, ability to work in a team, quick comprehension and organizational skills
Interdisciplinary comprehension and communication skills
Fluent German and good English skills
