Onsite Representative Lead

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join us as a Warehouse Lead on site at our customer.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Warehouse Lead your primary responsibility will be to manage the stores and the complete flow of work through the picking and shipping department, providing first-class customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the person receiving and dispatching goods, overseeing day to day quality needs, controlling the stock, running any necessary audits and, crucially, ensuring health and safety is of the utmost importance at all times.

About You

You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail; someone who thrives under pressure with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders, proficient at prioritising workload, with excellent organisation skills.

We are interested in people with a background of working as a Warehousing Team Leader or Supervisor position with experience of working in a fast-paced environment where customer excellence is at the heart of what you do. We are particularly interested in those who have a strong background in stock controlling and Health and Safety and/or working with materials with a ‘shelf life’. In addition to this, if you have worked in the chemicals or aviation industry, we want to hear from you.
