A vacancy has arisen for a Sergeant (Engineering - Air Tech AV) to serve as the Unit’s Precision Termination Tooling (PTT) and Wiring Husbandry Coordinator at RAF Marham on a Full Time Reserve Service (Home Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 31 August 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status).

This role is for the Unit’s PTT and Wiring Husbandry Coordinator who acts as the unit PTT coordinator and electrical wiring specialist for Lightning.

Responsible for, but not limited to:

• The Unit’s focal point and instructor for all PTT and Precision Termination Processes (PTP)
• Management and control of all PTT equipment and its maintenance
• Liaise with Tooling authority and DTs to ensure the Unit PTT and PTP are in compliance
• Conditioner of all PTT equipment

Ensuring aircraft maintainers and all non-technical personnel are formally trained and authorised in Aircraft Wiring Husbandry practices.
