The jobholder will join Training Delivery & Development area (TAST02) to support EuroDrone ( ED) Program for Training deliveries assurance oToCoQ.

Main activities:
Support the realization of the business targets in the frame of the EuroDrone program execution with regard to Training Needs and Training Delivery Services:
- Senior Expert in LTA & MRTT Training delivery & development products
- Clearly customer and goals oriented ("to make it fly").
- Team working skills in multicultural environment.
- Able to work under pressure, showing some flexibilty when required.
- Able to travel to ADS customer facilities.
- Experience in face to face meetings/discussion/negotiations with ADS customers.
- Communication skills in both spanish and english.
- Capacity to innovate and generate new ideas over the actual WoW.
- Skills into managing priorities and product quality oriented.
- Clearly focused in our Ethics and Compliance pillars.
