What can you expect from this position?

The Lead, HR Technology supports and maintains the human resource information system applications to ensure overall functionality that promotes the employee experience, efficiency of work processes, alignment with business goals, and compliance with legal standards. This may include maintenance of existing systems and applications, data management and Tier 2 User Support, or resources.

As Lead, HR Technology, you will:

  • Collaborate with IT and system vendors to proactively identify system capabilities, ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of HRIS platforms, and develop custom solutions to meet unique business needs
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of HR systems to ensure they comply with changing laws and company policies
  • Facilitate the migration and cleansing of data as systems evolve or change
  • Conduct regular validations to ensure compliance with requirements; and support internal and external audits as required
  • Tailor vendor training to create materials and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance proficiency in using HR technology solutions
  • Act as subject matter expert for new HR technology projects with responsibility for the acceptance criteria and overall workflow through the HR System including configuration, testing, and user interface. Will partner with the subject matter expert on the process owner side to ensure overall system acceptance and workflow
  • Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new technologies across the organization

This is the role for you, if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions)
  • Minimum of 5 years in UKG Pro or any other HRIS platform
  • Strong project management, data privacy, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of HRIS and Time and Attendance procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position
