Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational, administrative and logistical support for the supply of maintenance goods and services to customers in the military market, effectively monitoring the execution of the negotiated service.
  • Making quotations for orders and repairs of aeronautical components.
  • Placing and monitoring orders for parts and services.
  • Supporting the logistics process for aeronautical components.
  • Billing for parts and services.
  • Interface with military customers.

Requirements:

  • Internal candidates, please note the Golden Rule.
  • Full university degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of stock management.
  • Experience in customer and supplier relations.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Previous experience with military and/or government clients would be a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).
  • Basic English.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar suporte operacional, administrativo e logístico para o fornecimento de bens e serviços de manutenção aos clientes do mercado militar, acompanhando efetivamente a execução do serviço negociado.
  • Realizar orçamentos de pedidos e reparos de componentes aeronáuticos.
  • Efetuar e acompanhar pedidos de peças e serviços.
  • Apoiar no processo logístico de componentes aeronáuticos.
  • Realizar faturamento de peças e serviços.
  • Interface com cliente militar.

Requisitos:

  • Candidatos internos, atentar-se a Regra de Ouro.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração ou Engenharia de Produção.
  • Conhecimento de processos logísticos.
  • Conhecimentos em gestão de estoque.
  • Experiência em relacionamento com clientes e fornecedores.
  • Conhecimentos em SAP.
  • Será um diferencial prévia experiência com clientes militares e/ou governamentais.
  • Fluência em Português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
  • Inglês básico.
