Job Description

•    Support the engineering projects allowing the company to be competitive in the semiconductor market and meet customers’ expectations.
•    Use of multiple engineering support systems and for semiconductor fabrication process. Follow procedures for process route creation, product creation, lots management and disposition.
•    Increase FAB capability and efficiency by tool qualification and process trials.
•    Plan and follow-up of engineering tasks, clearly identifying ownership, priorities and timeline according to production and development needs. 
•    Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and occasionally provide online or phone support after working hours.
•    Responsible for developing, improving and sustaining all manufacturing processes; development of new process modules; leading or coordinating projects. Interacts and collaborates with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R&D groups on inter-departmental and cross-functional projects. Perform failure analysis, analyze measurements and test data and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve the manufacturing process margin.

•    Ability to lead or coordinate projects to minimize defects, improve process control, reduce rework, study process window for new devices, qualify new tools, evaluate new consumables and develop new processes for better performance and lower cost
•    Can lead or participate in intra- or inter-departmental efforts to manage process crises: containing damage, investigating and identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive action 
•    Attention to details and ability to follow the instructions carefully is important

Job Requirements

•    BS or MS in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Material Engineering, Nanotechnologies, with semiconductor device physic and circuit analysis emphasis.
•    Semiconductor processing experience is not a must but a definite plus.
•    Good approach to data analysis, Excel, Jump, fast software learning
•    Good attitude to team work, ability to learn fast, strong communication skills, motivation, attention to details, transparency and diligence.
•    Fluent English
