Your tasks and responsibilities
You will create and prepare SRM justification reports to our design colleagues as an input for SRM creation and publication
You will analyze the structure according to static criteria and document the results for technical approval and authorization by your colleagues
You will support the on time delivery of input data from various teams (Airbus internal, risk sharing partners and subcontractors)
You will exchange, cooperate and coordinate with the different SRM skill teams (design, authoring and management)
You will propose and implement ideas to make sure we have our SRM available 100% at Entry Into Service and with highest standards on quality
You will develop yourself making your job easier every single day and ensuring a faster but also better quality of your deliverables
Desired skills and qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in Civil, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Knowledge about static justification methods for metallic and composite structures
Strong understanding and experience with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) is required
Passionate of aircraft design while having basic knowledge in it
Interested in structural repair solutions
Ability to write and understand Python scripts for various tasks is a plus
Understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their practical applications in data analysis and predictive modeling
Basic knowledge of digitalization
English fluent, German is a plus
