What you'll be doing:

As a Guest Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in providing a world class service to our guests, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our guest’s aircraft. You will help coordinate the smooth running of the facility including liaising with aircraft operators, travel organisers, airport authorities, supplies, air crew and guests co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our guests..

Main Duties Include:

  • Assist with the running of day-to-day operations of the facility.
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests.
  • Carry out ramp services as needed which may include marshalling, towing, pushback, headset, toilet, water, fuel, baggage on load/offload, GPU.
  • Liaise with guests and provide information relevant to flight requirements.
  • Assist with invoicing queries and pro-actively cross-check to ensure accurate billing.
  • Assist the Security team in preparing the screening of guests and luggage.
  • Ensure supplies within the VIP lounge are maintained and the highest level of cleanliness and presentation of all VIP areas is upheld.

About You:

We are a hospitality first organisation therefore excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of VIP guest expectations (including anticipation of needs) is an essential requirement. You will have previous experience within Aviation and / or Hospitality (ideally both) in a similar role, have experience managing often changing schedules and have the ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Flexibility of start and finish times (within the shift pattern)
  • Willingness to learn new skills
    Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain a full airport ID (5-year reference check & DBS).
  • Understanding of customs and immigration formalities (highly desirable)
    IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office with the ability to be trained on business-specific systems
  • Additional languages (highly desirable)
