CC014089 Fixed Wing Shuttle1. Complies with all FAA Regulations (FAR's, 14 CFR), Angel One Transport General Aviation Operations Manual, Safety Manual, Training Manual and all other Arkansas Children's policies and procedures.
2. Prepares VFR/IFR flight plans in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Arkansas Children's General Aviation Operations Manual.
3. Ensures aircraft is prepared for flight in accordance with the Aircraft Operator's Manual and General Aviation Operations Manual. Checks aircraft discrepancy log to ensure all discrepancies have been corrected or properly deferred.
4. Perform maintenance operational checks and/or flights and enters mechanical discrepancies into aircraft log book keeping maintenance personnel and Angel One Communications Center abreast of aircraft status.
5. Files, activates and closes flight plans.
6. Ensures proper completion of flight logs, manifest records and maintenance forms.
7. Ensures required aviation publications required for flight and General Aviation Operations Manual up to date.
8. Maintains proficiency as Pilot-in-Command as per FAR Part 135.293/299 and Single Pilot Instrument Flight Rules (SPIFR) proficiency as per FAR Part 135.297.
9. Notify the Director of Operations whenever a medical deficiency exists that would affect the safety of flight.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
