Lead and support the evolution of enterprise architecture across a mission-critical aviation environment.
Drive the transition from legacy systems to the target-state AODB architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational continuity.
Work closely with project teams, architects, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic objectives.
Facilitate architecture workshops, stakeholder meetings, and design sessions to steer technical alignment and buy-in.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex architecture concepts into actionable solutions.
5+ years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
TOGAF certification (multiple or advanced levels are highly regarded).
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and system transformation methodologies.
Experience in aviation, transport, or other mission-critical industries is a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills in German (must-have), with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic execution.
