The Test Equipment Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and calibration of test equipment used in the production and testing of aerospace components and systems. This role ensures that all test equipment meets the required safety, quality, and performance standards, and supports the efficient and effective operation of the testing processes by working cross functionally with Operations, Calibration, Cable Cell, TE Break/Fix, TE Sustainment and Site Services
Develop and implement a test equipment TPM schedule in conjunction with cross functional team with Daily Management rhythms
Develop and distribute an analytics dashboard on asset utilisation, downtime and ongoing maintenance costs to support investment strategy
Develop a HV Risk Assessment program to ensure Safety and Compliance are achieved
Work collaboratively with NPI Hardware and Software Teams as the FTR (Final Transitioning Review) Focal for Value Stream on New and Upgrades to TE.
Ensure all test equipment is maintained and calibrated according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify test equipment needs and specifications.
Oversee the procurement and installation of new test equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with test equipment teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation by developing a roadmap to achieve the target OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for TE
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all test equipment operations.
Maintain accurate records of test equipment inventory, maintenance, and calibration activities.
Continuously evaluate and improve test equipment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Operations experience
Project Management skills
Understanding of GE Operating Systems (TIPQA, Windchill, TE Dashboards)
Understanding of Test & Calibration processes
Basic Microsoft office skills
Problem Solving mindset with an ability to work cross functionally
Strong communication and organisational experience
