Responsibilities: Your Mission
We are looking for a creative and passionate Digital Designer to join our team for a 9-month contract to cover a maternity leave. You will play a vital role in translating pedagogical needs and communication goals into engaging digital experiences. Your mission will be to produce a wide range of digital learning projects and creative media under the direction of the Head of Digital Design.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Producing digital learning content such as e-learning modules, video courses, animations, and interactive activities.

  • Designing engaging and visually appealing digital assets for social media, presentations and other communication materials.

  • Developing creative concepts and visual storyboards, and crafting finely executed user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.

  • Working closely with our studio's copywriters and account managers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with project goals.

  • Applying Airbus and Airbus Beyond brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accurate content.

Requirements: Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or digital designer (creative studio, digital communication agency, design studio, etc.).

  • Experience working with the Articulate 360 suite is a plus(Rise, Storyline).

  • A strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).

  • Ability to do quick sketches and design storyboards as well as develop finely executed user interfaces.

  • Excellent presentation skills, a strong sense of detail, and the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise explanations.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering is a plus.

  • Illustration, data visualization, photography, and/or any other creative fields are a plus.

  • An interest in the aerospace ecosystem and pedagogical acumen are nice to have.
