Job Description:

The Customer Inspection Manager main role is to support Customer during the aircraft delivery process. As part of this activity:

- You will be responsible for presenting the aircraft to the customer during the delivery identifying any Non Conformity, trigger resolution and lead responses to the customer in a timely manner.

- You will provide technical answers to customers queries securing proper customer concerns resolution, leading all needed internal deliberations till queries are solved.

- You will drive customer satisfaction by improving the customer experience, and triggering improvement opportunities.
- You will act as the guardian of conformity and customer quality requirements and expectations, leading E2E quality issues throughout the product and service lifecycle, targeting the highest standard during the delivery process.
- You will ensure monitoring of production processes. In this context, you will conduct an evaluation of process effectiveness and manage the resulting recommendations and improvement actions.
- You will also manage process-related anomalies (containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).
- You will ensure that activity related processes are covered by updated and validated process specifications or standards.
- You will ensure the establishment of controls for foreign object damage, including controls for product cleanliness.
- You will perform inspections and tests of products or services as needed to secure the delivery process.
- You will manage product/service NCRs from initialization, root cause analysis, correction, and prevention to closure.
- You will contribute to IT projects for the development and in-service support of quality tools and their digital infrastructure. Quality tools encompassing core tools and IT tools that support quality processes (e.g., FMEA, SPC, NC, SAP, QSR tool, QLB tool, etc.).

Additonaly as part of the role, you will survey and assure the aircraft attestation process:

- You will support the change control process to assure the conformity of the product.

- You will support in-production milestones related to quality assurance and/or airworthiness authorities, including the preparation, release and presentation of the needed documentation

- You will be responsible for ensuring the product is delivered (as built) and maintained in compliance with customer/authority requirements and approved design data.

Aeronautic degree required.
