A vacancy has arisen for a Chf Tech (Air Tech Any) to serve as CT CAMO TECH MGR 5 (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation Technical Manager) at RAF Waddington on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 08 June 2026. 

This post is in direct support of the Rivet Joint Military Continuing Airworthiness Manager (Mil CAM) and will involve a wide range of responsibilities to support the provision of airworthiness as detailed in RA4947. You will be responsible through the Rivet Joint DCAM to the Mil CAM for:

a.    Advising DCAM on all RJ Continuing Airworthiness (CAw) issues, ensuring CAMO remain compliant with all RAs applicable to Continuing Airworthiness Management.
b.    Represent the Mil CAM (In the absence of the DCAM), be suitably empowered, at multiple in-service Working Groups and briefing the TAA at LTCs and CCBs.
c.    Develop and Control the SoW for all Rivet Joint Scheduled Maintenance activities.
d.    Authorise the closure of DASORs on behalf of Mil CAM at DDH Review Group, ensuring satisfactory RCA is conducted and adequate mitigation is enacted.
e.    Review all SI(T)s and Mods prior to release and draft any CAw Instruction as required, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance.
f.    Drive Rivet Joint CAMO development to optimise CAw management processes.
g.    Liaising with multiple CAw stakeholders to ensure sub-contracted CAMO activities are appropriately generated and effectively carried out.
h.    Be the primary interface between the Airseeker DT and Maintenance Organisations to ensure expedient issue resolution through correct prioritisation.
