We are hiring a Coordinator of Program Development and Enhancement based out of Calgary Airport on a 12 month term.

What does a Coordinator of Program Development and Enhancement do?
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our organization’s Quality and Training program. Your focus will be creating effective internal communications, refining training plans, and ensuring continuous improvement.
·Develop clear and concise internal communications for staff
·Develop targeted training programs based on performance trends, audit findings, and compliance updates.
·Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to interpret policies and regulatory changes, and to address operational gaps and supports performance improvement goals.
·Ensure all updates are accurately reflected in SOPs, training materials, and frontline briefings.
·Maintain accurate records of training activities, communications, and performance metrics.
·Engage with frontline staff to gather feedback and leverage it to enhance existing programs or develop new ones.
·Collaborate closely with CASTA and suggest operational adjustments and improvements for approval by CATSA.
·Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
·Present findings and recommendations that aligns with CATSA and Performance & Quality Assurance initiatives
·Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
·Develop quarterly training Performance Improvement Action Plans
What you bring to PASS:
·Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada.
·Able to obtain a Transport Security Clearance and Enhanced Clearance with no criminal background
·Fluency in English, French is an asset.
·2+ or more years of equivalent work experience in relevant field (such as Aviation, Aviation Security, Adult Education).
·Minimum 1 year of experience as Screening Officer preferred, experience as a SCTR is an asset
· Demonstrated strong knowledge of CATSA Screening Operations Procedures and screening equipment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on policy writing
· Experience in developing and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Strong commitment to confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
·Experience in content creation and management and adult learning principles
·Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
·Adaptability for change and willing to think creatively
·Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Platforms (Docebo, Articulate 365) is an asset.
Ability to travel to other bases in the region as required
