Scope of activities
Perform some or all of the following activities:
Work in collaboration with SeeD coordinators
Lead the implementation of the operational excellence program within his/her scope
Support operational teams on the facilitation and use of operational excellence tools
Support sites with assessing their maturity
Increase the skills of operational teams through implementation of the Daher SeeD learning experience
Promote operational excellence through the network of SeeD coordinators
Advise, train and support teams (standards, Kaizen toolbox)
Ensure regular monitoring and benchmarking of operational excellence (external to Daher)
Improve the organization, procedures and processes of the entities throughout the entire Daher group
Lead and manage a team, ensuring that his/her employees develop their skills according to changing roles and organizational needs
Take into account and process QSE alerts reported by staff
Ensure that his/her team has the necessary skills to occupy their positions (QSE training, qualifications, etc.)
10 years, including a minimum of 5 years in the management of industrial or logistics operational activities and a minimum of 5 years in managing implementation of continuous improvement processes
