Community Engagement Associate (Intern / Full -Time)

Role Overview<\/span>
<\/span> We are seeking a proactive Community Engagement Associate to support engagement and growth across our learner and hobbyist communities. This role involves interacting with users, responding to queries, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting community events and campaigns.<\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

• Manage and nurture online community groups (Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, and social platforms)<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Respond to user questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide guidance<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support community -building initiatives, contests, and engagement activities<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with marketing, product, and training teams for communication updates<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor community discussions and escalate queries or issues as needed<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collect feedback and insights to help improve user experience<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Assist in developing community content such as FAQs, posts, and announcements<\/span>
