Collect, process, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); conduct ongoing monitoring of production processes.

Provide recommendations for process optimization, cost savings, and quality improvement.

Build reports, presentations, and analytical models to support decision-making.

Collaborate with various departments: engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, and quality.

Requirements:

Relevant academic degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).

High-level proficiency in Excel, as well as experience with Python and Power BI- Mandatory

Previous experience in a manufacturing company- Mandatory:

Prior experience in analytics/control/production planning & control (PPC)/Industrial Engineering – an advantage.

Experience with BI and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)- Advantage

Understanding of production processes and familiarity with industrial environments – significant advantage.

Analytical skills, systems thinking, quantitative approach, attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
