A business product analyst supports the IT product team in realising the maximum value potential of the product. • you facilitate change in business processes by understanding the current business process;
• you analyse, collect and prioritise user requirements and carry out the necessary technical configurations;
• you encourage user adoption by organising product workshops, explanatory sessions and User Acceptance Testing to validate whether the users' acceptance criteria are met;
• you analyse the impact of the product according to predefined KPIs;
• you perform the necessary technical configurations to adapt a (supplier) application to user requirements.

We support our colleagues on the platform, in the baggage hall and the departure hall by improving existing IT products or developing and implementing new products so that they can do their work as efficiently as possible.
