Working closely with the General Manager, the role supports both the maintenance of existing business and the development of new opportunities within the airport community.
This position requires strong people leadership, managing and developing a team of leaders and frontline colleagues through effective scheduling, training, performance management and engagement. The Assistant General Manager leads operations in line with company policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring clear communication, exceptional guest service and a professional working environment at all times.
Safety, security and compliance are central to the role, with responsibility for regulatory adherence, audits, incident investigations and HSSE administration. The role also oversees ramp operations, fuel quality control, ground support equipment and facility maintenance, maintaining safe, clean and secure operational areas.
As a senior onsite representative, the Assistant General Manager acts as a point of escalation for guest service matters, supports resident relationships and liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
