Vos défis:

•  Élaborer, suivre et mettre à jour les budgets, les prévisions financières et les rapports mensuels.
•  Participer à la clôture de fin de mois, à l’analyse des écarts et à la préparation des commentaires.
•  Gérer et suivre les avances clients, assurer leur bonne comptabilisation et leur impact sur la trésorerie et les revenus.
•  Effectuer le suivi et l’analyse des provisions.
•  Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus financiers et des outils de gestion.
•  Assurer la conformité des pratiques financières avec les normes internes et externes.
•  Participer aux audits internes et externes, au besoin.

Votre profil:

• Vous possédez un baccalauréat en comptabilité
• Vous détenez une certification professionnelle ou l'équivalent
• Vous avez un minimum de 2-4 années d'expérience
• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
• Vous avez une expérience pratique avec MS Excel, SAP.
• Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et une attitude positive
• Vous êtes reconnu pour votre autonomie et votre débrouillardise
• Vous êtes une personne bien organisée

Under the supervision of the Head of Financial Planning, the Financial Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and forecasting the company's financial performance. The analyst plays a key role in strategic decision-making by providing rigorous financial analysis in a technical and constantly evolving environment such as aerospace.

Your role as a Financial Analyst and Controller will be to demonstrate leadership as a business partner to operations. You will take initiative in leading monthly financial reviews, organizing forecast and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) meetings to build financial plans, and constructively challenging management’s positions.

Your challenges:

· Develop, monitor, and update budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly reporting.

· Participate in month-end closings, variance analysis, and preparation of management commentary.

· Manage and monitor customer advances, ensuring proper accounting and accurate impact on cash flow and revenues.

· Track and analyze provisions (e.g., risks, warranties, commitments).

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and management tools.

· Ensure compliance with internal and external financial standards.

· Participate in internal and external audits, as needed.

Your boarding pass:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· Professional accounting certification (or equivalent).

· Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience.

· Proficient in both French and English, written and spoken.

· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and SAP.

· Strong team spirit and a positive attitude.

· Known for your autonomy and resourcefulness.

· Well-organized and detail-oriented.
