How about joining us as Learning Project Manager?
The Learning Project Manager will oversee the development and delivery of our learning solutions (classroom, hybrid & digital), ensuring smooth execution, risk management, and high-quality results. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders to drive execution and satisfaction.
Main expected outputs = on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of the projects.
Management of multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination and achievement of objectives (project delivery on time, cost and quality)
Planning & organization
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with Customer
- Monitor deliverables, timelines and budget to ensure each project meets the milestones and answers the request from the Customer.
Stakeholder management:
- Ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder needs, providing regular updates.
- Ensure transparent, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder needs & ideas into learning terms
- Actively manage stakeholders for learning content validation
Risk Management: identify potential risks, propose mitigation actions, and adapt plans as needed to handle unexpected challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Master instructional design principles to ensure an engaging learning experience and flow.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and Customer expectations via quality control process
Proven experience in Learning & Development for digital learning solutions and classroom trainings (in project management or PMO roles)
Background in instructional design, training, or educational services required
Mastering of core Project Management skills : project planning and scheduling (e.g., using Gantt charts, timelines), budgeting and cost control, risk management, resource allocation, project lifecycle knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
Understanding of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and processes such as ADDIE, SAM etc.
Customer mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, align, and collaborate across teams and multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Positive mindset and CAN-DO attitude
Autonomous and delivery focused
Fluent in French & English (negotiation level – C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office environment
A plus would be:
- Experience in managing digital and learning solutions and/or pedagogical / instructional design skills
- Consulting background
- Experience in an international aerospace Company in technical or operational roles
- Professional certifications (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CPLP/CTDP or similar, Agile/Scrum certifications)
- Creativity
- Background as a trainer or facilitator
- Fluency in other languages (especially Portuguese, German, Spanish, or Chinese)

Location = Airbus Leadership University Blagnac (31), France
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid = Hybrid (up to 2 days of telework per week)
Travel = this role may involve international business trips. As such, you must be able to travel accordingly
