Positioned at the heart of Airbus' industrial system, as part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a passionate Process and Certification Specialist (M/F) to join our teams. You will take charge of the responsibility for several processes (milestone management and documentation redesign). You will be central to the robustness of our processes and the compliance with our clients' requirements in a demanding aeronautical environment. This strategic role will offer you the opportunity to have a direct impact on the quality of our products and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Process and Certification Manager, you will interact very regularly with process owners (Executive managers) from Marketing and Sales, Purchasing and Sourcing to define and drive continuous improvement.
In this capacity, your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure the integration of external requirements (regulatory, normative, customer...) into Marketing and Sales, Purchasing and Sourcing processes.
Analyze and integrate the operational needs of Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain functions into processes, while ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety.
Develop and/or complete IMS documentation specific to supplier/service provider interactions and pre-sales activities, in collaboration with stakeholders, within a context of continuous harmonization.
Plan, prepare, and lead annual process reviews as well as risk analyses, with an emphasis on risks related to Customers, suppliers, and the supply chain.
Establish input data for Management Reviews concerning the relevant processes.
Prepare and support EN9100, ISO14001, and AQAP 2110 certification audits for the relevant processes.
Ensure the monitoring of continuous process improvement and support operational teams in defining and managing action plans associated with potential Non-Conformities identified during certification audits.
Holder of a General Engineering degree or equivalent (Quality, Supply Chain focus), you have significant experience (3+ years) in a quality or process role within an industrial environment, ideally aeronautical or with strong exposure to Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
In-depth knowledge of EN9100 is essential.
Possessing excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, you are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and proactive approach.
Knowledge of the FMEA Process methodology and 8D/9S problem solving will be appreciated.
Professional English and fluent French are required.
Experience in supplier management or pre-sales activities would be a significant asset.
