Administrator AVOR & CAMO

We are looking for an organized and adaptable Administrator to support our AVOR & CAMO team at Zimex Base Maintenance in Altenrhein. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and at least 1-2 years of aviation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. A keen attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

• Preparing detailed work packages and inspection documents for base maintenance
• Managing inventory and ordering materials based on scheduled work
• Reviewing ADs/SBs and integrating them into work packages where required
• Ensuring availability and correct revision of technical documentation (e.g. manuals, SBs, SLs, IPCs)
• Monitoring maintenance progress and calculating cost of sales
• Verifying job card completion and finalising work reports and packages
• Updating aircraft status lists and LTB data (hours/cycles, master data)
• Creating invoices based on quotations, orders, and reports
• Filing and archiving completed documentation
• Coordinating with customers during maintenance projects, including:
  • Preparing quotations and handling additional findings
  • Providing project updates and generating reports/statistics
  • Supporting warranty claims with manufacturers
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager

• At least 1-2 years of experience in aviation
• Professional experience in CAMO and/or AVOR a plus
• Versatile role requiring a broad skill set and adaptability
• Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability
• Strong team player with excellent integration and collaboration skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop expertise in the field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general PC applications
• Proficient in both German and English, with language skills at least at B2 level

The workplace is located in our Maintenance Facility at Rheinholzweg 14, 9423 Altenrhein.
