Summary

Für den Bereich "Configuration Management Spectrum Dominance/CM Concepts" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n "Werkstudent*in im Bereich Konfigurationsmanagement (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm.

Der Fachbereich stellt sicher, dass die CM-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Anforderungen wirksam im Projekt und am Produkt angewendet sowie die projektrelevanten CM-Aufgaben effizient erledigt werden.

Your Tasks

• Unterstützung der KMVs (Konfigurationsmanagementverantwortlichen) im Tagesgeschäft der Projektarbeit

• Mitarbeit im Produktdatenmanagement in SAP PLM

• Erweiterung des Kontaktes zur Hochschule für ein zukünftig einfacheres Recruiting

• Aufarbeitung von Prozessunterlagen/ Präsentationen

• Erstellung von datenbankgestützter Auswertungen

• Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei Optimierungsprojekten

Your Profile

• Eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Word, Power-Point und Excel

• SAP-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft

• Selbständiges, engagiertes, strukturiertes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Organisationstalent, Flexibilität, Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
