Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in Innendienst (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabenbereich

• Du erstellst Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheine und Rechnungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und den Fachabteilungen
• Du koordinierst Liefertermine in Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Produktion
• Du verfolgst offene Aufträge und Angebote, um unseren Kunden einen exzellenten Service zu bieten
• Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kunden- und Artikeldaten in unserem ERP-System

Dein Profil

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen ist dir vertraut
• Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen mit
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit, ein gutes Zeitmanagement und selbstständiges Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office

Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time permanent position
Start: immediately

Your area of responsibility

• You create offers, order confirmations, delivery bills and invoices in close coordination with the sales department and the specialist departments
• You coordinate delivery dates in cooperation with purchasing and production
• You follow up on open orders and quotations to provide our customers with excellent service
• You maintain and update customer and article data in our ERP system

Your profile

• You have completed training as an industrial clerk or have a comparable qualification
• You are familiar with working with ERP systems
• Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are a team player, have good time management skills and can work independently
• You have experience in working with MS Office
